I usually ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping is from Ontario, Canada.

I live rurally and drop off parcels at the post office usually on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Natural products cannot be shipped outside of Canada (smudge kits, feathers, etc.). Please do not order if outside of the U.S.A. I am charged for all transactions, including refunds by the payment gateway.

Smudge feathers or Feather Bundles are all made to order based on your medicine requests and may take several weeks to ship. Beaded Feather Bundles may take 4-6 weeks. All are beaded by hand in the evening after work.

If you order priority shipping, I cannot make the feather bundles any faster. Please contact me for urgent orders and I'll do my very best to help.

Remember, you are not buying any feathers or medicines, you are simply paying for my services, time and materials - because Creation is never for sale and artists have bills to pay.

I do not accept any exchanges or refunds unless the order arrives damaged. If order arrives damaged, we will have insurance through Canada Post and we will work together to replace the item.
